i fucking hate offshoring and america online and their offshoring ways more than anything in the fucking world.

this is ridiculous. i'm on the phone with india. nothing is being accomplished. i've been on the phone for half an hour and nothing has been accomplished. this country needs to get it's act together. seriously. all i want to do is get on an airplane to florida... and now american airlines, america online, and some guy in freaking india seem to have a problem with that.

what THE fuck.

now i'm back on hold because the guy in india is making a long distance call to american airlines because there is a fucking problem with these flights.

the system does not work.
